Title: New Karma Rank

New Karma

I have added Karma. Actually  i have renamed it to "Chill Rank"
If a member gets 50 chill rank they will be moved into the new group witch normally cost 5 dollars but you can be in it for free!
So be helpful and in no time you will be a l33t member!

I like the idea, but my suggestion is to change the "Karma mode".
Currently you have: Enable karma positive/negative.
I would change that to Karma total, but that's my opinion..
